Construction & Operations Coordinator

We are in need of an analytical, problem-solving and detail-oriented individual who is experienced in the construction industry and someone who is able to provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities of Construction & Operations Coordinator:

  • Provide support to Division Manager in special project implementation
  • Serve as a liaison between local departments
  • Attend meetings in absence of Manager
  • Serve as a first point of contact for Division Manager’s direct reports
  • Gather all documents (returned permit applications and submit)

Qualifications of Construction & Operations Coordinator:

  • Construction Experience
  • Problem-solving abilities
  • Customer service experience
  • Microsoft Office skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience working with building departments for getting job permits and inspections
  • Experience or willingness of learning all roofing systems, safety procedures, OSHA requirements
